Dr. Marc-Antoine Audet, PGeo., Ph.D.

Director - President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Audet has over 22 years of geological experience in international nickel laterite exploration with major mining companies such as Xstrata Nickel and Falconbridge. His project experience includes the Falcondo laterite nickel operation, the newly discovered Serra do Tapas and Vale dos Sonhos deposits in Brazil and New Caledonia's Koniambo Ni-Co laterite project. Dr. Audet was manager of resource estimation and mine development, and the exploration manager and chief geologist for Falconbridge in New Caledonia. He also served as the senior project geologist and director of operations for Falconbridge International Investments Limited in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa.

Bakayoko Bouaké

Sama Nickel's Exploration Manager for West Africa

Mr. Bouaké obtained his geological degree from Institut National Polytechnique F.H.B. of Yamoussoukro in Côte d'Ivoire. He joined Falconbridge International Investments Limited in Côte d'Ivoire in 1994 as field geologist for the Touba-Biankouma nickel laterite project where he gained expertise in project management. From 1998 to 2000, he made several visits to the Koniambo nickel laterite project in New Caledonia to assist the local team with setting up their exploration program. Subsequently, Mr. Bouaké was involved with Falconbridge's nickel sulphide exploration program in the Cape Smith belt and spent time at the Raglan nickel mine in Quebec, Canada. He made several working visits to the Falcondo nickel laterite mining operation in the Dominican Republic and, from 2004 to 2008, was a geological consultant at the newly discovered Serra do Tapas nickel laterite project in Brazil.

Bryan McKenzie, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McKenzie joined Sama in March 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings a varied knowledge of finance, accounting, auditing, tax and public markets. Mr. McKenzie has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for numerous TSX Venture listed companies including Salares Lithium Inc. (TSX.V: LIT) which merged with Talison Lithium Inc. (TSX: TLH) to become the world's largest lithium production company. Prior to that he worked at an accounting and audit firm where he specialized in the mining and exploration sector. Mr. McKenzie is a Chartered Accountant.

Mike Halvorson

Mr. Halvorson has been involved in various aspects of the securities industry since 1967, with a focus on natural resource companies since 1981. He is a director of Novus Energy Inc. and Orezone Gold Corporation. Notable past directorships include Pediment Gold, Gentry Resources, Viceroy Exploration and Western Silver.

Ron Netolitzky, MSc.

Advisor

Mr. Netolitzky is an officer and director of a number of public mining companies currently involved in mineral exploration activity in Western Canada. He was previously chairman of Viceroy Resource Corporation and has served formerly as its president. He is also the former chair of both Loki Gold corporation and Baja Gold. Mr. Netolitzky has been directly involved in the mineral exploration industry in Western Canada since 1964. His knowledge of mineral exploration and aggressive business acumen has resulted in exploration success on three Western Canadian gold projects (all of which became producing mines): the Snip and Eskay Creek deposits in British Columbia and the Brewery Creek deposit in Yukon. He was honoured with the Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award in 1990 by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Ms. Gregg is a Corporate Paralegal and a graduate of Capilano University in North Vancouver. She has over 25 years' legal experience working with public companies such as Salares Lithium Inc. (LIT.V) Genstar Corporation (TSX and NYSE), Woodward's Limited (TSX) and Westcoast Energy Corp. (TSX and NYSE).
