| Mr. Audet has over 22 years of geological experience in international nickel laterite exploration with major mining companies such as Xstrata Nickel and Falconbridge. His project experience includes the Falcondo laterite nickel operation, the newly discovered Serra do Tapas and Vale dos Sonhos deposits in Brazil and New Caledonia's Koniambo Ni-Co laterite project. Dr. Audet was manager of resource estimation and mine development, and the exploration manager and chief geologist for Falconbridge in New Caledonia. He also served as the senior project geologist and director of operations for Falconbridge International Investments Limited in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa. | ||

| Mr. Hilditch has over 15 years experience in the natural resource sector. He has held the position of President and CEO and Director of numerous TSX Venture listed companies. He gained additional experience with public markets as an investor relations and management consultant and attained an in depth understanding of the expectations of the financial community. Mr. Hilditch graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, majoring in Finance. | ||

| Mr. Gervais graduated from the Royal Military College in Kingston, Ontario, and attended the Royal Military College of Science (UK). Mr. Gervais retired from the Canadian Forces as a Lieutenant General before joining the Public Service of Canada as a senior executive. Mr. Gervais' military career of over 35 years consisted of a variety of command and staff appointments in Canada (and abroad), leading to command of the Canadian Army in 1991. Born in the mining community of Rouyn-Noranda, Mr. Gervais worked in mines prior to his military career and has always maintained a strong interest in mining. He is a fluently bilingual (French/English) executive with excellent communication skills and international contacts. He is currently Chairman of Northern Gold Mining Inc., Chairman of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (Ottawa Division), a not for-profit security firm, and co-chairs a committee of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship involved with the integration of new Canadians into society. | ||

| Ms. MacFarlane has been a Director of Sama Resources since its inception in 2006. She retired since January 1, 2009 as the Owner and Operator of London Cutlery Co. Ltd., a private cutlery company. Previously, Ms. MacFarlane was Vice President, Finance and Secretary of Terraco during the period November 1995 to November 2004 and also served as a Director of Terraco during the period November 1995 to March 2005. | ||
